Mobility has been a human habit since ancient times, from walking to traveling on the backs of beasts until we reached ordinary cars, then electric ones, individual drone aircraft, and other technologies that contribute to the elevation of mankind and the speed and quality of mobility. Yet everything has rules, controls, and foundations that a person must follow, otherwise chaos will create many ailments and corrupt both money and body!

There is no doubt that the spread of the scooter tsunami, which is among the lovely, cheap, and practical means of mobility for some, but whoever among them is ignorant of the rules, systems, and etiquette of the road, then he, regrettably, confuses pedestrians before riders, and harms, corrupts, and causes accidents that sometimes reach death, especially if the matter is left loose in the hands of children and the young, as is seen in alleys and on the sides of parks and roads.

The matter is akin to chaos with scooters; it needs regulation and binding that organizes the uses and licenses the users if they do not hold an official or international driving license, in a way that guarantees knowledge of the right of way and its etiquette, or the designation of a simplified license for such machines. Yet the matter is in continuous ramification, for there is the scooter and the electric bike, and of them there are many kinds, some like a bicycle, others walking on three, and others on four, in a varied assortment according to need and use, varying in their speed, power, torque, robustness, protection systems, and flexibility. Therefore, those approaching these means must be made aware and guided to grasp the traffic controls in general, and I specifically mention everyone who does not hold a car or bike driving license, official or international, and within an age bracket. The places where these bikes must not be present should also be specified. The whole wonder is in seeing people's beloved children playing and frolicking on electric bikes on inner roads and on the sidewalks of public roads.

Among the victims was my classmate Imran, may God have mercy on him, forgive him, and lodge him in the spaciousness of His gardens!

This matter needs study and regulation. As for regulating the seating places in the wilderness, with fenced places that vehicles and bikes do not enter, so they have spacious places where families can sit and camp, and let us also not forget the audience areas, which would be isolated and protected in vehicle and bike recreation zones, because human souls are more important than play and amusement.
